The use of TuneSleeve is subject to these terms and conditions:

1. TuneSleeve has been written and is copyrighted by Polkapps.
2. TuneSleeve is for personal use only.
3. You are not allowed to redistribute TuneSleeve.
4. You are not allowed to create derivative work from TuneSleeve.
5. You are not allowed to decompile or reverse engineer TuneSleeve.
6. TuneSleeve is provided “as is”, with no warranties whatsoever; Polkapps does not, either expressed, implied or statutory, make any warranties, claims or representations with respect to the TuneSleeve software, including, without limitation, warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for use or a particular purpose. Polkapps further does not represent or warrant that the TuneSleeve software will always be available, accessible, timely, secure, accurate, complete and error-free.
